Macy Waid

Macy Waid, Staff Reporter

Macy Waid is a freshman at Harrisonburg High School. Macy plays varsity volleyball and plans to also play varsity tennis. Outside of school, Macy loves to spend her time reading under a cozy blanket. When out with friends, Macy loves to walk around JMU and downtown. Macy loves the thrill of traveling. Some of her favorite places to travel have been Switzerland and Mexico. At home, Macy loves to spend time with her dogs, Kobe and Charlie. Time management can be a struggle for Macy between volleyball and classes, but she always works hard to get her work done. Macy is hopeful for her future in high school and later college.
