Emma Maddox, Staff Reporter
Emma Maddox is a freshman at Harrisonburg High School and a staff reporter for the Newsstreak. This is her first year on staff and she is thrilled to be able to help create the school newspaper. Emma is a total Fine Arts nerd. She also runs cross country in the summer, swims and dives in the winter and runs track in the spring. In her free time, Emma sings, bakes random stuff and writes. She also enjoys hiking, journalism and hanging out with friends. Her favorite place in the world is the beach. She loves pineapple, peppermint and skating (even though she’s terrible at it). She is elated to be a part of the HHS Newspaper staff for her freshman year.
