The Hosa club is heading to a competition for state to compete in front of judges. Makenzie Swartz said “Hosa is important to me because i want to be in healthcare and i like Hosa because it helps me get a step closer” Mackenzie Swartz said “this helps me i life because it helps with my career and it teaches me things that I wouldn’t know if i was in hosa, and it just like better prepares me with things like resumes and preparations”.
“Hosa is important to me because it very beneficial especially when i went to competitions. I got to learn a lot and experience new things” says Sara Hussein. “Competitions are just to compete, they also teach us many things and give us a new learning experience to be able to learn more about healthcare and so much more,” said Makenzie Swartz.
“We went to the Hosa SLC like a couple weeks ago and we did different presentations. Most of them were in front of judges and it was for the state and it was a great experience” said Makenzie Swartz. “Im looking forward to the upcoming competitions, I think im going to the one at the end of the year but its not happening for a couple months so I’m not really thinking about it yet.” Mackenzie Swartz said.
Hosa state competition helped teach people many things and helped people improve in their own way too, Sara Hussein said “Hosa is not just a club that teaches health, it also helps us build friendships and solve problems we may have for the future, and we are not only helping ourselves but we are also helping the people around us” The Hosa state competition shows how hard people work to create a much more better and healthier environment.
