HHS’s Robotics team is new to the school for the 2009-2010 school year. The team traveled to the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond on March 18th to compete in their first competition. Festivities included several team members getting the team number shaved into their heads, competing with the robot, and meeting the Governor of Virginia, Bob McDonnell.

“We got an award for being a rookie team that worked well together,” said sophomore Milo Nuncia.

“Zak and me got a picture with Bob McDonnell, but I was all like ehhh,” said sophomore Howard Zuo.

`        The team placed as high as second in some areas.
