Yaseen Mousa, Staff Reporter

Yaseen Mousa is a freshman at HHS and this is his first year being part of the Newstreak staff. His favorite color is navy blue and his favorite food is shawarma. His favorite hobbies include playing soccer, playing basketball, swimming, running, reading books, cooking and playing video games with friends. During quarantine, Yaseen started learning more and more about gardening and started his own vegetable garden. Some extracurricular classes Yaseen attends include the Governor's STEM Academy and the AVID Program. Yaseen looks forward to developing and strengthening his journalistic skills, as well as using them more throughout his high school career. In the future, he hopes he will go to a great college, become an orthodontist and travel the world to get exposed to new cultures and meet new people.
