Annual WiSTEM event held at HHS

To incorporate engineering, girls were tasked with building a new object out of scraps.

The annual WiSTEM event was held April 26, 2019 at HHS. Women in STEM careers attended as mentors to the girls. Girls ranging from eighth grade up to 12th were invited to the event. Activities included a panel, making bath bombs and an engineering project.
