Review: “No Strings Attached” will have you rolling on the floor laughing

"No Strings Attached" was released on January 21 with a rating of 5.3 out of 10, according to Rotten Tomatoes.

No Strings Attached starring Ashton Kutcher and Natalie Portman will have you rolling on the grimey popcorn infested movie floor one minute and cringing at the man who plays Kutcher’s father the next. Another minute you will be gushing at how sweet Kutcher is to Portman. And then you’ll be rolling on the movie theater floor again from laughing so hard.

The plot is unoriginal, but you will be too distracted by the fast paced dialogue and hilarious events to notice, or even care. I have been waiting to see this movie since I saw the very first preview. The main reason is because Natalie Portman was in it, but then I actually watched the rest of the preview and thought it looked like a decent movie.

No Strings Attached is rated R, so if you are not 17, then you will not have the privilege to see one of the funniest movies that I have seen so far. No Strings Attached is about two people who have known each other since college. They keep running into one another over the years, until they realize they both live in the same city. The thing is, Natalie Portman’s character is not looking for a serious relationship, and tries her best not to fall for Ashton Kutcher’s character. We all know how that ends up.

Even if you think you know the ending to the movie (which is a very high possibility) you should go see it. It will be worth it.
