On Saturday, March 27th the HHS debate team competed in the regional competition. Harrisonburg took home the “sweepstakes” trophy, meaning as a school they outperformed all the others.

Classical policy debate- Tim Galicki and Mary Salehi: second place

Contemporary policy debate- Xuyi Guo and Bobby Rotzin: first place
Jack Burden and Howard Zuo: third place

Lincoln-Douglas debate- David Proctor: first place
Ryan Waligora: fifth place

Advancing to states are:
