Senior Brianna Shears helps to lighten the load of filing absentees, referrals, midterm grade sheets, and everything else that goes at the quick pace at the attendance office.

“This is my senior service project and I’ve been doing this since the eleventh grade,” Shears said. Shears has learned the difficulty and multitasking skills of that are needed to run the attendance office.

“I’ve gotten to be Mrs. Grogg for a while, it was hard but it was cool. Working here is always a lot of fun because Ka’Shea and Miche work in here too,” Shears said. From experience and taking Grogg’s place, she has learned that keeping up with all the classes and calling all the teachers is the most difficult part.
