Throughout my school career, I’ve been introduced to new ways to be entertained when I’m bored in classes. I’ve used a variety of different sources of entertainment, like friends and books. However, the most useful one is definitely playing website games. They provide a new interactive form of enjoyment. The most enjoyable franchise I have played must be the “Run” series. Through their three installments of their games, their most notable and most well made has to be “Run 3.”

“Run 3” has all the elements an enjoyable game needs to have. It has an interesting and engaging storyline, with it being based around planets being stolen and having to run in outer space to find the culprit. Not only does it include those elements, it has the element of exciting new achievements. After completing specific levels, you get to unlock new playable characters. This adds a new goal to strive for. Having the goal of finishing the storyline and for gaining all the characters adds a different style of adventure from previous versions.

Challenging games add a new sense of pride yet if too difficult can create unnecessary stress and ruin the experience. “Run 3” has challenging optional moments that are not always required to do. This choice allows players to face different experiences they want to do instead of being forced to do unwanted challenges. This choice is represented as a map that allows players to choose different pathways to continue the storyline and discover new secrets of the game.

“Run 3” differs from past renditions because it has a sleeker and smoother design. These can easily be seen with the addition of new platforms, which serve differently depending on what kind of platform. There are some platforms that stay in the air forever and there are some that drop after being touched. These new inclusions are designed beautifully with good functions to the game.

Whenever a friend asks me what is a good game to play to pass time, I always recommend “Run 3.” This new rendition of the franchise allows for a fresh experience and for a new way to be enjoyed. “Run 3” has many new innovative features that allow for players to experience new challenges, new obstacles and new characters. All together, these add an original feel to the game without being a completely new game.
