Jack Powers is a junior and is joining the staff this year as a Website Editor. Outside of school, he enjoys hanging out with friends and going to sporting events. He is involved in Model United Nations as a captain, Debate as the Congressional Debate Captain, and the Asian Student Association. Some of his hobbies are playing video games, learning languages, and traveling. He hopes to go to a college in DC, and major in International Relations.

161 Harrisonburg High School students participated in a survey conducted by HHSMedia to gain insight into students' opinions on the recent ban of ChatGPT on school devices.

Among the many AI sites still accessible to students, the most popular sites that survey participants said they would move to were Deepseek, Snapchat AI, Grammarly, Meta, Jasper and StudyAI.

Among the many AI sites still accessible to students, the most popular sites that survey participants said they would move to were Deepseek, Snapchat AI, Grammarly, Meta, Jasper and StudyAI.

With some AI sites similar to ChatGPT remaining unbanned, students were asked if they would move to another AI site. 48.4% said they would move to another site, 32.3% said they would not move to another site and 19.3% said they never used AI sites to begin with.
