Marching Blue Streak Band competes in first competitions of the season

The Harrisonburg High School Marching Blue Streaks band placed grand champion and second highest of an event.

The Marching Blue Streak Band competed in their first two competitions this season with their 2022 production Masterpiece, Saturday, September 17.
The band performed at Stuarts Draft High School. They competed in the Blast in the Draft competition. The Band won Grand Champion continuing their undefeated streak at Blast in the Draft.
The band later performed at the Annual Star City Classic, hosted by Patrick Henry High School and William Fleming High School. They got the second highest score of the event.
The band will next perform at the Annual City/Council Showcase held at Broadway High School Tuesday September, 20. Harrisonburg High School Marching Blue Streak Band will perform at 8:25 p.m. The event is open to the public.
