After knocking off fourth seed Orange County High School in the first round of the Regional playoffs and first seed Halifax High School in the Regional quarterfinals, the Streaks girls tennis team took on the Panthers of Massaponax High School. The Panthers came into the game as a one see from Region 5A and the Streaks as the five seed in Region 5B.

The top six for the Streaks consisted of Andrea Osinkosky, Sarah Earle, Heather Whetzel, Sabrina Gerald, Lucia Gabel, and Jeslyn Liu. All six of the Streaks’ competitors fell to Panthers, which led to a 6-0 loss, ending the Streaks’ season. The Streaks battled through the match as Earle’s match went to a tie breaker before she fell to the Massaponax two seed.
