I just want to thank everyone at HHS for everything. I’ll be the first to admit that school has made me feel every type of emotion you can imagine, but at the end of the day, I’ve had an amazing and super fun four years. I’ve grown so much from the freshman I was in the fall of 2015, and I just want to thank all my teachers and friends for pushing and motivating me to where I am today.

Right now the only thing that’s one my mind is graduating. Because once you graduate it’s like your being freed from doing a 12 year prison sentence.I’m lowkey going to miss the whole school feeling but honestly I just can’t wait until i this place and start making my bread

“The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!”
-Rocky Balboa
Many of times I have felt like I’m not good enough or I’m not the smartest or the best person. I have had thoughts about giving up and just saying screw it I’m not any good at this or I suck at this let me stop. Life isn’t about giving up I see that now, yea it will treat you like garbage if you let it, it will make you feel like your no one if you let and it will make you feel sad if you let it but you shouldn’t even let it get a chance. You should never give up on anything in school or in life even though giving up is easy but it’s harder to say to yourself “Yes you may be bad right now but with time and practice you will get better.” Never give up because the pay off will be worth it. Take that step even though it’s hard, never take the easy way out because that will never get you anywhere. I had a teacher who really drove me to be the best I could have been and that is Mrs.Hudson. She put in time to help us and to make sure we passed with the highest amount of points we could. She cared about us not just as students but as people and that made me want to be the best I could for her because she was putting in time to help us. She made class enjoyable and that just motivated me even more. I just wanted to say thank you.

Mr. Hiser thanks for being really the only teacher that cared about my well being when I was missing a bunch of school my senior year due to me having seizures and being diagnosed with epilepsy. Thank for staying after with me everyday after school to get me caught up in math and so I was passing your class. Thank you for checking up on me doing my junior year at lunch and asking how everything was going, and thank you for giving me so much pride in everything I do in my school work, thanks to you I know that there are some teachers that don’t just do teaching for the money, you have given me so much support. Best teacher I could ever have for math during my 4 years of high school. Thank you for everything you did for me that year and thanks for pushing me to do my best this year. If I didn’t have you for my math teacher my freshman year there could have been a good chance I wouldn’t be graduating this school year. I couldn’t ever thank you enough.

To underclassman,
Your friends, family, and teachers care about you. Even if it may not seem like it. Don’t be afraid to ask questions because time flies and you will be a senior soon, asking A LOT of questions so start early. You will ‘grow up’ before you know it and when you do, you will want to be an underclassman again. Take every opportunity, especially the ones where it feels like you don’t or won’t “fit in”.
It’s been real HHS.

To my chemistry teacher, Kasey Fisher. Thank you for making science so fun and being my school mom. I can’t wait to make you proud with my chemistry degree.
