The World Cup is this summer. It is some of the best soccer in the world. Different nations from around the world have been training for four years trying to qualify for this big event. Sophomore Steven Flores is a major soccer fan and is very anxious for it.
“I am excited for the World Cup because the best nations are playing,” Flores said.
Flores’s favorite team is Spain. He claims that they have the best midfielders and the best defense.
“I think that this World Cup is going to be exciting, fun and something to remember,” Flores said.
